All pets must have current vaccines and a recent negative fecal test. After approval, you’ll upload these records to our Time To Pet portal.
Vaccine records must include your pet’s name, owner’s name, date given, and next due date — incomplete records will be rejected.
We do not offer rush or same-day Meet & Greets.

Meet & Greets
FREE! Our Meet & Greet sessions ensure personalized, high-quality pet care. Available Monday to Friday at 10:00 am and 4:00 pm, each lasting up to 30 minutes. Sign up via the form below. We look forward to meeting you and your pet!

Dog Boarding
24 Hours - $65.00. Extra time prorated at daycare rates beyond boarding period.
For all major bank holidays, we offer special booking windows that are announced in advance. We kindly ask that all holiday reservations be made ahead of time through the portal messaging system. Please note that our regular services are not available on holidays.

After applying, you’ll get a welcome email from Time To Pet (TTP).
Schedule a free Meet & Greet through TTP before booking.
Upload all vaccine records in TTP before using services.
🐶 Using Our Services
Use the TTP app or website to manage bookings, invoices, vaccines, and messages.
Book only through TTP — not via email, phone, or social media.
Download the TTP app after registering.
❌ Cancellations & Inactivity
Cancel less than 24 hrs before = 50% fee.
No call or no show clients will be charged the cancelation fee.
Accounts inactive 12+ months require updated vaccines + new Meet & Greet.
We may deactivate accounts if policies aren't followed.
📆 Holidays
We’re open on: Labor Day, Memorial Day, Easter, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day, NYE & New Year’s Day.
➤ $10 holiday fee per service. Grooming not available.
🏥 Pet Health Requirements
Required vaccines: Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, Bordetella
Negative fecal exam (within 12 months)
Dogs must be spayed/neutered if over 8 months.
Upload records via TTP. No entry without current health records.

Hours:
Mon–Fri: 7am–7pm | Sat–Sun: 8am–7pmArrival: Text your dog’s name to 872-234-1972.
Doors stay locked to maintain calm. Do not knock or pull doors.
💳 Billing
Weekly billing: Auto-charged Fridays at 7 PM via card on file.
Quotes available only via TTP messages.
$5 declined card fee. No refunds. Tips accepted.
📋 Booking Guidelines
Book by 7:00 AM on service day. Same-day requests depend on availability and subject to same-day booking fee.
Include clear notes with drop-off/pick-up times.
Use TTP only for messages or changes — not at the door.
Requests are reviewed before approval.
Pets staying past scheduled time will be charged accordingly.

Includes one noon walk, play, rest, feeding & water

🏡 Dog Boarding
Up to 4 walks/day, food, meds, play, and rest.
Staff is onsite 24/7.
Bring only: Leash, collar, food, meds. No toys or bowls.
Late pickup: $10 per 30 mins
🚗 Transportation
First-come, first-served. No special time requests.
Morning: 7–10am | Evening: 4–7pm (must request night before)

Meet & Greet Policy
At Chicago Pet Club, your dog’s comfort and happiness come first. Because our space is cozy, we ask new visitors to remain outside during Meet & Greets. This helps us observe how your dog interacts with our team and other pups in a calm, natural way.
To maintain a relaxed environment, pet parents aren’t allowed inside play areas — this helps dogs feel comfortable and act naturally.
