How it works with us

  • Review Our Services

    Click the “Get Started” button below or visit our service page to learn more. We recommend you read over carefully to see if we are a fit for you and your pet!

  • Apply

    After you have reviewed our services and pricing we ask that you send in your application. Keep in mind we must get your pet’s vaccinations if you are using our daycare or boarding services.

  • Set up & go!

    Once we have approved your profile we will send you an email from our portal called Time To Pet. After that, you will need to set up a profile along with your pet. After completing you will be able to request a free meet & greet. After the meet & greet, you will be able to book your desired services. No same-day requests for meet and greets.

Our Hours

We are open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. by appointment only. Drop-offs and pick-ups for daycare may be set when booking in our portal/app. Holiday hours may vary.

Our partners

Once we opened our doors here at Chicago Pet Club we also started a relationship with Envision Unlimited for adults with disabilities. This partnership allows us to bring in their members for one on one play time with our pups. The members of Envision love it and so do we! To learn more and or get involved with supporting them check them out here.
